From Sponsors to Clients

From Entertainers/Partners
- Name, stage name, contact information, professional credentials, and biography.
- Payment details for compensation (bank account or W-9/W-8 form).
- Signed contracts, riders, and licensing/clearance documents.

Information Sharing & Disclosure

Data Retention
- Sponsor and client records are retained for at least seven (7) years for financial and legal compliance.
- Entertainer contracts and performance agreements are retained for the term of the contract + seven (7) years.
- Marketing and contact lists are maintained until you opt out or request deletion.
Rights of Sponsors, Clients, and Entertainers
You have the right to:
- Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data.
- Opt-out of non-essential marketing communications.
- Request a copy of records related to sponsorship or performance contracts.

Confidentiality & Security

- Sensitive financial data is encrypted and shared only on a need-to-know basis.
- Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) may be executed for high-value sponsorships or proprietary event information.
Entertainer & Performer Considerations
- Performers grant limited rights for Entertainment Guerrilla to use likeness, name, and performance footage for promotional purposes (unless contract specifies otherwise).
- Health, safety, and insurance-related data (when applicable) will only be used to ensure proper event execution and compliance with venue/insurance requirements.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed toward children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors unless directly related to family-oriented or youth events, in which case guardian consent is required.
International Data Transfers
If you are located outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and stored in the United States. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.
